Message pool supply warehouses. I have it in a bucket as a "pickle" wash to clean any oxides from the metal. Disposing of it isn't going to be anytime soon, but when that time comes, I will pour it onto the driveway and wash it down. The HCl will react with the bases in the concrete, cleaning the concrete as well as neutralizing the acid.

You can't use a computer PS AFAIK. You need some way of regulating the current. You could use a series of automotive lamps to get your current flow correct, but that's no fun to construct and leaves little 'tunability' when you have parts of varying surface areas. I would suggest looking on ebay for some sort of regulated power supply that you can vary the current with. It does't take too much current as long as your parts are relatively small. You need about 1A per 16 square inches of surface to plate.
